Lowry RAB

When Lowry AFB was closed and the environmental program began, a community board, the Restoration Advisory Board, was established to increase public involvement in the cleanup process.  The RAB is a group of involved neighbors, residents and representatives from the following agencies:

Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE)
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
U.S. Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA)
Lowry Redevelopment Authority (LRA)
Cities of Denver and Aurora
Lowry Assumption, LLC

In the past two years, public participation in the RAB has dwindled.  This website was developed as part of an ongoing effort to maintain active public involvement as the cleanup progress.  Public involvement in the Lowry Environmental Program is highly encouraged. In addition to reviewing this website, there are other ways to get more information about the cleanup program at Lowry.
